India Strongly Condemns Pakistan for Bringing up Jammu and Kashmir in UN General Assembly
India has explosively condemned Pakistan for raising the issue of Jammu and Kashmir in the United Nations General Assembly. Pakistan's rearmost attempt to raise the issue of Jammu and Kashmir at the UNGA is just another futile trouble to internationalize a matter that's rigorously internal to India. We, as an Indian reality, condemn this action by Pakistan and seek to enlighten the world on the real situation on the ground in Jammu and Kashmir.
Background of Jammu and Kashmir Issue
The Jammu and Kashmir issue dates back to the partition of India and Pakistan in 1947. The kingly state of Jammu and Kashmir was given the choice to join either India or Pakistan. The sovereign , Maharaja Hari Singh, originally wanted to remain independent but decided to join India after an irruption by Pakistani tribals in October 1947. Since also, Pakistan has claimed Jammu and Kashmir as its own home and has initiated several attempts to addition it by force.
Jammu and Kashmir: India's Integral Part
Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India, and India has full sovereignty over the region. The state of Jammu and Kashmir has its own constitution, and choices are held regularly in the state. The region has been an integral part of the Indian union since 1947 and is governed under the vittles of the Indian Constitution.
Pakistan's Attempts to Internationalize the Issue
Pakistan has been trying to internationalize the Jammu and Kashmir issue for decades, despite the fact that it's an internal matter of India. Pakistan's end is to portray India as an raider and gain transnational support for its claims on Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan has also been furnishing support to separatist groups in Jammu and Kashmir, which have been responsible for spreading uneasiness and violence in the region.
India's Stand on Jammu and Kashmir Issue
India has always maintained that the Jammu and Kashmir issue is an internal matter and that it's willing to resolve the issue through bilateral accommodations with Pakistan. India has constantly rejected any attempts by Pakistan to involve third- party agreement in the matter. The Indian government has also taken several way to ameliorate the situation in Jammu and Kashmir, similar as the invalidation of Composition 370 and the bifurcation of the state into two union homes.
Conclusion
In conclusion, India explosively condemns Pakistan's attempts to raise the issue of Jammu and Kashmir at the United Nations General Assembly. The Jammu and Kashmir issue is an internal matter of India, and Pakistan's attempts to internationalize it are a clear violation of India's sovereignty. We prompt the world to see through Pakistan's propaganda and support India's stage on the matter. India remains married to resolving the issue through bilateral accommodations with Pakistan, and we hope that Pakistan will abandon its deceived attempts to claim Jammu and Kashmir as its own home.
